Our restaurant "La Raclette del Refugi" specializes in high mountain dishes where you can taste the Raclette and Fondue meat and dessert sweet chocolate fondue with fruit or pancakes with homemade jams. In the Raclette, involving different ingredients like boiled new potatoes, pickles (pickles and pickled onions) to facilitate disgestion and raclette cheese, very creamy Swiss cow. The also we serve with green salad. Optionally you can also accompany raclette with cured meats like ham or other. Except for children who are at the table, we advise you to accompany these dishes tasting wine in principle if it is white better.

The Raclette cooked in an electric apparatus of the same name, which has an iron on the surface, and a space at the bottom to place small individual trays in which melt the cheese along with the other food if desired.

Meat or bourguignon fondue

An original and fun way to cook meat at the same table. It involves immersing small pieces with a skewer of fresh meat and high quality electric Fondue with oil until you have the desired point, the pot is common to all the guests and placed in the center of the table. The meat is served with salad and dipped in various sauces before eating.

The bar and dining area is located on the hotel’s main floor. the green details against soft wood and stone walls creates a perfect eating environment.
During the summer season, the dining area opens up to an outdoor patio where guests can enjoy the beautiful views of the Garona River.
